Part of the Goddess Series, this is an illustration of the Greek goddess Artemis: goddess of the moon and the hunt. She is defiant and cautious, watchful and wary of anyone who walks in her forest. Her clothing is practical, rough like the forest and river behind her. Her armor is there to protect herself and she exists only for herself, not for us.
